Fill out our inquiry form and schedule a complimentary call with an expert surf travel advisor. We’ll dive into your vision and preferences to ensure we’re the perfect fit to bring your dream trip to life. Once aligned, it’s a $399 deposit to start planning your trip (which is applied to your trip’s final cost, details below).

2. Your Tailored Trip Proposal

Next, we’ll transform your vision into reality with your custom Trip Proposal. Tailored specifically to your style and preferences, your proposal will showcase a curated selection of three stunning accommodations, each paired with your hand-picked activities, exclusive services, and pricing for each option.

3. Book Your Perfect Getaway

Choose your favorite accommodations and we’ll take care of the rest! We’ll finalize the details, handle all logistics, and make sure everything is perfectly dialed for your journey. You can simply pack your bags and get ready for an amazing trip!

Before deciding to work together, our team will ensure we can deliver the surf experience you’re looking for. Like with any good relationship, it needs to be a mutual fit. And our position is that we’re only a fit if we can create and execute your dream surf retreat.

Once we decide we’re a mutual fit, we ask for a $399 trip deposit to get started. We put a lot of time and TLC into private retreats, and this fee enables us to give you our dedicated service and time. It’s our commitment to you, and your commitment to an extraordinary retreat.

The trip deposit is not an additional charge, as it will go toward your retreat’s final cost.

Below is our Trip Deposit Agreement. By paying the trip deposit, you agree to the terms listed in this Agreement.

Lush Palm Private Surf Retreat Trip Deposit Agreement

1. Introduction

This Trip Deposit Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by Lush Palm (“Company”) and the undersigned client (“Client”). This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions associated with the Trip Deposit required to commence the personalized planning and booking of a bespoke private surf retreat (“Retreat”).

2. Trip Deposit

The Client agrees to pay a trip deposit of $399.00 (the “Trip Deposit”) to the Company. This deposit is intended to cover the initial costs associated with the planning and customization of the Retreat. The Trip Deposit will be credited toward the final cost of the Client’s booked Retreat.

3. Services Covered

The Trip Deposit includes the following services:

  • Initial phone consultation to understand your preferences and requirements. (This call can take anywhere from 15 – 60 minutes depending on our conversation and your questions, however we can keep it as brief as you would like.)
  • Customized retreat planning, including itinerary planning, accommodation, private chef services, surf locations, activities, and transportation.
  • Reservation and booking services for accommodations, activities, and transportation as required.
  • A selection of three villa accommodations for your consideration.
  • Personalized support and assistance during the planning phase.
  • After booking a private retreat, your group will receive continued travel planning and support – before, during, and after your retreat.
  • After booking your retreat, you’ll receive a Mini Lush Palm Travel Guide to the area – a downloadable guide packed with our favorite spots and local secrets.

Important Notes:

  • This is a private retreat designed for your group – it’s self-guided, and you’ll be exploring your chosen destination in a rental car or with a driver depending on your destination and preferences. (If you prefer to have a hosted retreat, let us know, as this can be arranged.)
  • Once you’ve chosen your villa paradise and final retreat details, a 15% deposit confirms your booking.
    • If you are booking a trip within 80 days of your check-in date, payment in full is required to confirm your reservation. (We’ll provide you with the full Booking Terms and Conditions alongside the final quote, as the Terms may vary depending on the selected villa or hotel.)

4. Application of Trip Deposit

The Trip Deposit will be applied as a credit towards the final cost of the Client’s booked Retreat. It is not an additional charge but a part of the total Retreat cost.

5. Booking Requirement

The Client must book their Retreat within one year of receiving their retreat options from the Company. Failure to book within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the Trip Deposit and the need to pay a new Trip Deposit should the Client wish to restart the planning process at a later date.

6. Villa Availability and Booking Commitment Terms

Due to the high demand and limited availability of villas, Lush Palm is unable to reserve villa dates in advance. Therefore, we strongly advise that you begin planning your trip only when you have confirmed the final guest count and the exact dates for your trip, and are prepared to make bookings. If, after initiating the retreat planning process, we provide multiple villa options and you subsequently decide to delay booking, leading to the original options becoming unavailable, we will assist you in finding new availability and work with you one additional time. However, please be aware that if a second instance occurs where provided options are not booked and become unavailable, an additional Trip Deposit of $399 will be required for further availability searches and planning assistance.

7. Payment Terms

The Retreat planning process will commence only upon receipt of the Trip Deposit. Payment can be made via credit card or ACH transfer.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

The Trip Deposit is non-refundable except in the event that the Company is unable to provide the agreed-upon planning services. If, for some reason, the Company isn’t able to provide villa options (due to lack of availability or otherwise), the Client will be refunded the Trip Deposit in full. If the Client cancels the booked Retreat or does not book their retreat within the one-year timeframe, the Trip Deposit will not be refunded.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or any other unforeseen event that may occur during the Retreat. The Company acts only as an agent for the Client in arranging the Retreat and is not liable for the actions or inactions of third-party service providers.

10. Agreement Acceptance

By paying the Trip Deposit, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Trip Deposit Agreement.
