Fill out the form below and schedule a complimentary call with a Lush Palm travel advisor. We’ll learn about your group, travel style, surf level, preferred destinations, and the experience you have in mind. If Tailor-Made planning is the right fit, planning fees start at $1,500. If another service makes more sense, we’ll guide you toward the right option.
2. Your Tailored Trip Proposal
Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll turn your vision into a custom Trip Proposal tailored to your priorities, preferences, and budget. Your proposal will showcase a curated selection of three stunning accommodations, each paired with your hand-picked activities, exclusive services, and pricing for each option.
3. Book Your Perfect Getaway
Choose your preferred accommodations and trip options, and we’ll take it from there. We’ll coordinate bookings, confirm the important details, manage the moving pieces, and bring everything together into one seamless travel experience so you can simply pack your bags and get ready for an amazing trip.
The Planning Fee Agreement
Our goal is to craft your perfect trip. We’re passionate about designing exceptional surf travel experiences and bringing every detail together as seamlessly as possible.
To get started, fill out our inquiry form so we can learn more about your trip and make sure we’re a great fit for your needs. You can also schedule a complimentary exploratory call to get to know us, discuss your vision, and ask any questions you may have.
Before deciding to work together, our team will make sure we believe we can deliver the type of experience you’re looking for. Like any good relationship, it needs to be a mutual fit.
Once we decide we’re a fit, our Tailor-Made Planning Fee is $1,500, plus $150 for each traveler above 10 travelers.
We put significant time, expertise, and care into every Tailor-Made Trip. The Planning Fee allows our team to dedicate the time required to research, design, coordinate, book, and support a highly customized travel experience from beginning to end.
The Planning Fee is a professional services fee and is separate from the cost of your accommodations, transportation, activities, and other trip components.
Below is our Trip Deposit Agreement. By paying the trip deposit, you agree to the terms listed in this Agreement.

Lush Palm Tailor-Made Planning Fee Agreement
1. Introduction
This Planning Fee Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by Lush Palm (“Company”) and the client (“Client”). This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions associated with the Planning Fee required to begin the personalized planning and booking of a bespoke private surf trip (“Trip”).
2. Trip Deposit
The Client agrees to pay a Planning Fee of $1,500, plus $150 for each traveler above 10 travelers (the “Planning Fee”).
The Planning Fee covers the professional time, expertise, research, planning, customization, coordination, and support involved in designing and arranging the Client’s Tailor-Made Trip.
The Planning Fee is separate from the cost of accommodations, activities, transportation, and other trip components and will not be credited toward the final Trip cost.
3. Services Covered
The Trip Deposit includes the following services:
- A planning kickoff consultation to discuss your preferences, priorities, and trip requirements.
- Customized trip planning based on your group’s travel style, surf experience, dates, budget, and preferences.
- A curated selection of three best-fit accommodation options for your consideration.
- Recommendations and planning for surf experiences, activities, private chef services, transportation, and other key trip components.
- Reservation and booking coordination for accommodations, activities, transportation, and other services as required.
- Personalized support and assistance throughout the planning and booking process.
- Continued travel planning and support before, during, and after your booked Trip.
- A custom itinerary bringing together the key details and logistics of your Trip.
- A Mini Lush Palm Travel Guide to your destination, when available, featuring some of our favorite places, recommendations, and local insights.
Important Notes:
This is a private trip designed specifically for your group. Most Tailor-Made Trips are self-guided, with your group exploring independently using a rental car and/or private drivers depending on the destination and your preferences.
If you prefer a hosted retreat or additional on-the-ground support, please let us know. In many destinations, this can be arranged for an additional cost.
Accommodation deposits, payment schedules, cancellation policies, and booking terms vary by property and supplier. We will provide the applicable Booking Terms and Conditions alongside your final quote before you confirm any reservations.
For trips booked close to the arrival date, individual suppliers may require partial or full payment at the time of booking.
4. Application of Trip Deposit
The Planning Fee is compensation for Lush Palm’s professional planning and coordination services.
It is not a deposit toward the Trip and will not be applied as a credit toward accommodations, activities, transportation, or other Trip expenses.
5. Booking Requirement
The Client should be prepared to actively move forward with planning and booking once the Tailor-Made planning process begins.
The Client must book their Trip within one year of receiving their initial Trip Proposal from the Company.
If the Client does not book within this timeframe and later wishes to restart the planning process, a new Planning Fee at Lush Palm’s then-current rate will be required.
6. Availability and Changes to Trip Plans
Due to the high demand and limited availability of villas, boutique hotels, and other accommodations, Lush Palm generally cannot reserve dates or accommodations without payment.
We strongly recommend beginning the Tailor-Made planning process once your travel dates, approximate guest count, budget, and intention to book are reasonably confirmed.
Availability and pricing can change at any time until a reservation is confirmed.
If Lush Palm provides Trip options and the Client subsequently delays booking or materially changes the dates, destination, guest count, budget, or other key requirements, we will provide one additional round of availability research and proposal updates as part of the original Planning Fee.
If the planning process must be substantially restarted again after that additional round, a new Planning Fee at Lush Palm’s then-current rate may be required before additional research and planning begins.
7. Payment Terms
The Tailor-Made planning process will begin once the Planning Fee has been paid in full.
Payment may be made using the payment methods provided by Lush Palm at the time of payment.
Any deposits or payments required to confirm accommodations, activities, transportation, or other Trip components are separate from the Planning Fee and will be outlined in the applicable quote and Booking Terms and Conditions.
8. Cancellation and Refund Policy
The Planning Fee is non-refundable once Lush Palm begins providing the planning services described in this Agreement.
If Lush Palm determines that it is unable to provide the agreed-upon planning services before substantive planning work begins, the Planning Fee will be refunded.
If the Client decides to cancel, postpone, or discontinue the planning process after work has begun, the Planning Fee will not be refunded.
If the Client books a Trip and later cancels it, the Planning Fee remains non-refundable. Cancellation and refund terms related to accommodations and other Trip components will be governed by the separate Booking Terms and Conditions applicable to those reservations.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, delay, cancellation, or other unforeseen event that may occur during the Trip.
Lush Palm works with independent accommodations, transportation providers, activity operators, guides, and other third-party suppliers and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of those third parties.
10. Agreement Acceptance
By paying the Planning Fee, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Planning Fee Agreement.
