Rapture Surfcamp Bali has two locations, and their Bali Cliff camp is located on the southern coast of the famous Bukit Peninsula, 150 meters from Green Bowls, an uncrowded surf break framed by an unspoiled white sand beach.
The property has a streamlined modern design, with accents of Balinese touches throughout. The camp has plenty of communal spaces for hanging in your down time, and a sparkling pool and pool deck with views of the surrounding green hills on one side and the Indian Ocean on the other.
Stays include daily breakfast, five dinners per week (Monday – Friday), unlimited trips to surf spots and guided surfing (Monday – Saturday), plus the local lowdown on Bali surf breaks. During the busy season of April through September, daily yoga is also included in the nightly rate.
Surf lessons by qualified Australian-registered surf instructors and surfboard rentals are offered a la carte, so you can tailor your trip package depending on your personal needs and level of surfing. With most of your surf and travel logistics taken care of, you can sit back, relax, and simply revel in the glory of your Balinese surf trip.

Rapture Surfcamp Bali offers a range of accommodations to suit every budget. From spacious light-filled private rooms and suites to a lovely shared dorm room. Rooms are minimalist but comfortable with white-washed walls, recessed lighting, and A/C.
Outside
Nestled among the property’s gardens, rooms and communal spaces offer lots of space whether you want to hang with a group or get quality time with a book. There’s a beautiful pool and pool deck, an upstairs terrace with ocean views, and an open-air yoga shala.
Eat & Drink
The on-site kitchen crew keeps guests well fed pre- and post surf. Stays include daily breakfast and 5 dinners per week (Mon – Fri). Dinners are communal so it’s a very social vibe. The changing menu has everything from banana pancakes to lasagna to Indonesian eats.
The Surf
The Southern Indian Ocean supplies Bali with consistent solid swells, so surf can be found year-round. That said, the cooler dry season from May to October is the best time for Bali’s famous Bukit Peninsula on the southwest coast (although any time of year is suitable for beginners). Rapture is located on the more remote south side of the Bukit Peninsula, and the closest break is Green Bowl, about 150 meters away. There are many surf breaks within a 30-minute drive and the surf guides at Rapture will take you the best conditions for your surf ability.
