Nestled in the exclusive “Front Row” of Playa Guiones, this villa offers luxury and natural beauty just a three-minute walk from the welcoming surf breaks of Guiones. This modern home accommodates up to 10 guests in five beautiful bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, combining top-quality finishes, floor-to-ceiling glass doors, and locally sourced stone in a sleek, modern design.
The villa’s expansive outdoor area includes a large swimming pool with a fountain feature, and a fully equipped outdoor cooking space ideal for entertaining. The open-plan main living area features a kitchen, dining, and lounge space surrounded by sliding glass doors, providing lovely views and natural light.
The ground floor is completed by a three-room suite equipped with a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and attached living space. This bedroom features sliding glass doors that lead directly to the jungle and Marea’s path to the surf break.
The second level features four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. There is a family suite consisting of a queen bedroom, a shared bathroom with double sinks, and a bedroom with two twin beds. At either end of the hallway, two identical master suites have queen beds, enormous closets, Grenada Tile, and custom, built-in bedframes with teak accents.

The Surf
Costa Rica’s Nicoya Peninsula enjoys consistent surf all year long, with the peak season being between April and September when south swells are frequent. Nosara’s marquee spot is Playa Guiones, a long beach with numerous, punchy sandbar peaks and a reef break at the northern end. While the user-friendly waves at Playa Guiones have become rather popular in the past few years, the surrounding coastline is home to a number of semi-secret spots. Advanced surfers might want to explore north or south to search out more powerful and potentially hollow waves.
