Many entrepreneurs create products to scratch their own itch as they say, and that’s certainly the case with this swimwear brand for active babes.
Founded by surf-stoked sisters Camille and Jackie Brady, CAMI AND JAX is a line of luxury swimwear made to be moved in.
Growing up on the waves of Kauai with a crew of surfer girls, Camille and Jackie practically lived in bikinis (and they both rip!). Their background translates to stylish swimwear that not only looks great but is designed to withstand the surf and any other adventures you want to get into.
The designs are a balance of sporty and classic silhouettes complimented by subtle sexy details. Many of the suits have adjustable elements so you can fine-tune your suit for the ideal fit. The current collection features suits in black, white, and a muted grey, as well as a few bolder colors like midnight blue, sunrise orange, and a striped nautical print.
One of our favorites is the Ariel surf suit which has a flattering corset-inspired design with a tie at the back so you can adjust the suit’s length and width to fit your body perfectly.
When the sisters aren’t working on their swimwear, you can find them surfing and traveling as much as possible – from the beaches of Malibu to the epic waves of Fiji. How many designers can say they’ve personally tested their swimwear at pumping Cloudbreak? My bet is probably around two.
